We would like to remind you of a few important rules that will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay in Kraków:
Quiet hours and neighbor respect: Please respect quiet hours and avoid excessive noise, especially after 10:00 PM. Be mindful of neighbors’ privacy and avoid any disturbances.
No parties in the apartment: Organizing parties is not allowed, as it can lead to property damage and complaints from neighbors. Please remember that Kraków offers many great venues for nightlife and entertainment outside the apartment.
Smoking restrictions: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and throughout the building. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building.
Fire safety: Please follow all fire safety rules. Be aware of the location of the fire extinguisher and emergency exits. Do not use open flames or candles. Always unplug electric devices such as irons, hairdryers, and fans when not in use, and do not leave chargers plugged in while you are away.
Proper use of equipment: Use all appliances (stove, oven, washing machine, dryer, etc.) with care. Make sure you understand the instructions and follow safety guidelines.
Access control: Only let in people you know and trust. Always lock doors and windows—both when you're in the apartment and when you leave.
Weather awareness: If you plan to leave the apartment for a longer time, make sure all windows are closed to protect against burglary, rain damage, or strong winds.
Personal safety: Always stay aware and cautious. Do not leave valuables unattended, and keep your personal documents secure.
Reporting issues: If any technical problems or malfunctions occur, please report them to our staff immediately. A quick response helps us ensure your comfort and safety.
Important emergency number in Poland: The national emergency number in Poland is 112. The operator will redirect your call as needed to the Police, Medical Services, or Fire Department.
